Solution |
As described in the official documentation, remote access to FortiGate devices is supported only on v7.0.14, v7.2.8, v7.4.2, v7.6.0, and above. Devices running older firmware versions, for example, v7.2.7 or earlier, are not accessible via the FortiCloud portal for remote management/access.
Issue: If a white screen appears without any error, this means that the device is not on the proper firmware OS version.
