| Solution |
FortiGate Cloud will no longer support the FortiOS 6.2 at the end of March 2024. Refer to the updated FortiGate Cloud 24.1.0 requirements for the supported Firmware versions.
Due to the compatibility/ requirement issue, the only option that will be available is to Upgrade the device firmware.
To fix the issue, the user will need to upgrade to the latest recommended release for FortiOS.
