Description This article describes how to fix the error in the GUI 'FortiCare unreachable' while assigning FortiToken to a local user.
Scope FortiGate.
Solution

Enabling two-factor authentication for local users and assigning FortiToken mobile, an error message appears in the GUI:

'FortiCare unreachable':

Assigning FortiToken mobile to a local user through CLI, an error message appears:

Verifying FortiGuard configuration, it is possible to see:

Resolves the issue with the error in the GUI 'FortiCare unreachable' ('anycast' is enabled by default; it relies on Fortinet DNS servers, the FortiGate will get a single IP address for the domain name of each FortiGuard service).
