Description	This article describes common NPU error codes and offers troubleshooting advice.
Scope	Any version of FortiOS.
Solution	The following is a list of common NPU error codes and their descriptions in the 'diag system session list" command Code Description Code 0  No offload. Code 1 Offloading is not supported due to hardware limitations. Code 2 Offloading is not supported due to hardware limitations. Code 3 Offloading is not supported due to hardware limitations. Code 4 Offloaded by the hardware processor. Code 5 Offloading is not supported due to hardware limitations. Code 6 Offloaded by the hardware processor. Code 7 Offloading is not supported due to hardware limitations. Code 8 Offloaded by the hardware processor. Code 9 Offloaded by the hardware processor. The following errors and descriptions are for VPN debugging: reason_code=1 Offloading is disabled in the VPN settings. reason_code=2 Offloading is not supported. reason_code=3 Offloading doesn't support the type of encryption configured.
