Troubleshooting Tip: Captive portal not working after the upgrade to 7.4.4

Description	This article describes how, when the FortiGate is upgraded to the 7.4.4 firmware, the captive portal may stop working in some cases and leave users unable to log in to access the internet.
Scope	FortiOS.
Solution	When using a custom portal, the redirection after the DNS does not work properly in this scenario. It is possible to observe from the URL field in the browser that the Captive portal with authentication will redirect to https://fgtauth/?xxxxx instead of https://fqdn/fgtauth?xxxx. To resolve this, disable basic HTTP authentication from the user settings:   config user setting      set auth-http-basic disable end
