Troubleshooting Tip: Adding interface in different VDOM

Description	This article describes the reason why the interfaces are not in use but cannot be added to a different VDOM.
Scope	FortiGate.
Solution	In this case, port 5 is not in use but when trying to assign to another VDOM, the error can be seen. This happens due to the interface is being referenced in other settings. To check the reference of the interface, refer to the following articles: Technical Note: How to Check Referenced Objects  Troubleshooting Tip: Verifying FortiGate configuration object references and dependencies  After all of the references are removed, the interface will be able to move to different VDOMs.
