Scope	Fortigate/FortiOS versions 7.2.3, 7.2.8 and 7.4.4.
Solution	To resolve this issue, upgrade to 7.2.9 or 7.4.5 when possible. From the recommendation provided in this article: The option to disable 'message-upon-server-error' under 'config web-proxy explicit' is intended to stop the error message from being displayed and allow the browser to retry in case of 504 Gateway Timeout error. Disabling the 'message-upon-server-error' command has been found to not work in certain FortiOS versions, such as 7.2.3, 7.2.8, 7.4.4 in bug ID 1042125.
