Description

To fix the issue:

1) Uninstall FortiClient.
2) Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++.
3) Reboot PC.
4) Reinstall FortiClient.
5) Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, 2017 or 2019.
