Solution
CVE-2023-28531 is a vulnerability affecting OpenSSH. It involves the component ssh-agent, which could allow improper handling of authentication requests.
FortiOS does not use the ssh-agent component. Because of this, FortiGates are not exposed to the vulnerability and are therefore not impacted by this vulnerability.
