Technical Tip: What to expect for Central SNAT policies when it is needed to be disabled

Description	This article describes the behavior of Central SNAT policies after enabling or disabling Central SNAT from the settings of the system. An idea will be shared if they are getting deleted or hidden from the system once the mentioned change is performed.
Scope	FortiOS.
Solution	When the Central SNAT is enabled, the feature will be visible under the Policy & Objects. But when the administrator wants to disable the Central SNAT from System -> Settings, the feature will not be available anymore under the Policy & Objects. But the policies will remain in the memory of the unit. So, once the Central SNAT is enabled again, the SNAT policies will be found again without any removal or changes from the system. Disabling the Central SNAT feature will not delete the SNAT policies, but as the feature will be unavailable, the policies will be hidden.
