| Solution |
When a user tries to configure Web filter profile, the category field will not be available as below.
This is because the FortiGate NGFW will be operating in Policy Mode
You can view it in system > settings>NGFW Mode
This is as per the design, and it will be necessary to configure the category in CLI or operate in the FortiGate Profile-based.
Note. Changing the Mode to profile-based will remove the existing policy. 
Once the mode is changed, the category will be available.  |
