Description This article describes how to use customized login pages for different SSL VPN Realms.
Scope FortiGate v6.2 or later.
Solution
  • First, enable the SSL VPN Realms, and for that, refer to this doc:
    https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/6.2.15/cookbook/724772/ssl-vpn-multi-realm
  • Once SSL VPN Realms are enabled, it is also necessary to enable the Replacement Messages from System -> Feature Visibility -> Replacement Messages.
  • Once enabled, the SSL-VPN Realm tab will be visible under VPN and it is possible to map the Realms to the groups as per the requirements below:

  •  Once the Realms is created and mapped, it is possible to enable the 'Customize Login Page',
and select 'Edit'. it will prompt another tab to enter the own HTML or CSS code as below:

  • Below are the 2 Realms I have created which have different login pages:

    1. for /local.

     2. for /test.

  • If it is not enabled the 'Customize Login Page' will use the default login page.
