This error message will be seen from the GUI when assigning the FortiToken mobile to the user.
The possible cause is FortiGuard server is unreachable to resolve the FortiGuard unreachable issue follow the below link: Troubleshooting Tip: Unable to connect to FortiGuard servers
Once the FortiGuard server is reachable the user can assign the FortiToken to the users. |
