| Solution |
This is a GUI issue with FortiOS v7.6.3 and v7.6.4. It is planned to be fixed in the upcoming releases.
As a workaround, upload the seed file via FTP or TFTP.
execute fortitoken import ftp <file name> <ftp server>[:ftp port] <Enter>|<user> <passwd>
execute fortitoken import tftp <file name> <tftp server>
