| Solution |
After upgrading the FortiGate or when the FortiGate is on versions 7.2.10, 7.4.5 to 7.4.9, the Transceiver and Transceiver Power information is not visible under FortiSwitch Ports, as shown below.
The same information can be found in the CLI. Which can be verified by the following CLI commands.
get switch modules detail port1
diagnose switch-controller switch-info modules status <switch name> port1
