Or change FortiGate’s Group ID via CLI command for both HA units.
FGT # config system ha FGT (ha) # set group-id 156 FGT (ha) # end FGT #
For a workaround with a temporary fix: Restart the hasync daemon on the secondary device:
FGT # fnsysctl killall hasync
Or reboot the secondary device:
FGT # execute reboot
