Technical Tip: The FortiCloud portal shows number of license expiration days

Description	This article describes that the FortiCloud portal shows license expiration even though the contract has been renewed for appliances.
Scope	FortiGate, FortiCloud.
Solution	The user renewed the contract for two FortiGates. FGTXXXXXXXX788 FGTXXXXXXXX034 In FortiGate, it shows the service packages updated as well based on a new contract. The FortiCloud portal shows the expiration date as 3 days. When checking support coverage for the new contract, it shows all services have been renewed, except two packages for both FortiGates.  The new contract does not have these services and it is replaced with the new package as below: FortiGuard OT Security Service ---> FortiGuard AI-based Sandbox Service IoT Detection ---> DLP Solution: It is expected FortiCloud asset management portal to show days to expire to a few days due to there being a support coverage going to expire soon from the list. After it has expired for 90 days, the system will not show the message in the portal anymore. It will display the renewal date only.
