Description

TLS 1.2 support for explicit and transparent proxy deep-inspection has been added to v5.2 Patch 1 and later. Other proxy-based features, like SSL offloading, do not support TLS 1.2.

TLS 1.2 support for proxy deep-inspection and other features is implemented in FortiOS v5.4 (upcoming release). The following will be supported:

* Transparent proxy-based SSL deep-inspection
* Explicit-proxy-based SSL deep-inspection
* SSL offload (LoadBalancer VIP)
* Wan Opt SSL tunnels
* SIP over SSL/TLS
