Description	This article explains an issue where a support contract cannot be retrieved from FortiGuard.
Scope	FortiGate.
Solution	While running the debug, the following error message shows: upd_pkg_recv[1674]-Error allocating memory for rx buffer __upd_act_update[331]-Failed receiving update rsp The above logs indicate that the memory buffer allocation for the updated process is having an issue. Restart the updated process will resolve the issue: # fnsysctl killall updated
