| Solution |
The website (url:https://etax.nat.gov.tw/etwmain/etw160w) with Microsoft browser can not be accessed due to the certificate expired. 
The website can be accessed with the browser FireFox due to the certificate has been trusted in the browser.
There is no Authority Certificate in browsers Chrome/Edge.
The certificate expired alert message will be displayed on the browser page even though the 'Untrusted SSL Certificates' has been allowed in SSL inspection profile.
