| Solution |
When the root FortiGate in the Security Fabric has detected there is an issue with another device in the Security Fabric, the 'Fabric Connector' appears under the 'Connectors Core Network Security Connectors' page. This is found in the menu under Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors. This can occur for reasons such as a device being offline, or a firmware incompatibility.
In this example, an ISFW FortiGate is offline:
After restoring the connection between the 'Offline' ISFW FortiGate and the Root FortiGate, the 'Fabric Connector' is no longer visible:
