By default, the SSL VPN feature is not enabled, as shown below:
The SSL VPN feature cannot be enabled from the GUI because there is no option to enable it after going to 'System' -> 'Feature Visibility', as shown below:
The only way to enable the SSL VPN feature is by executing the following commands in the CLI:
config system settings
After executing the commands on the above link, the SSL VPN feature will be enabled, as shown below:
