Renaming the sequence grouping is not available on any other policy sequence members aside from the first policy. When doing a 'right-click' on the other members of the sequence, only 'insert' and 'move' is the available action.
To rename the sequence grouping, it is necessary to 'right-click' on the first policy on the sequence.
