Comments are entered without any line breaks or additional spacing, are preserved in a single line within the exported CSV file, maintaining the correct structure and readability.
And exported policy:
In the second scenario, when a space or line break is added within the policy comment, the exported CSV file does not preserve the comment as a single-line entry. Instead, comments are split into multiple lines, which can disrupt the structure and readability of the CSV export.
In case if the reports are required in a specific format, download the same from the cloud portal or create an automated scheduled report. Some formats may require an additional license.
