This article describes that from FortiOS 6.4.9, NetFlow and SFlow are now supported using SD-WAN.
FortiOS v6.4.9.
It is now possible to use the following commands to enable Netflow or Sfflow on sd-wan interfaces by using CLI:
config system {netflow sflow vdom-netflow vdom-sflow
set interface-select-method {auto | sdwan | specify}
set interface <interface>
end
