| Description | This article describes the issue wherein users are unable to see OT devices in Security Fabric. |
| Scope | FortiGate v7.4 and v7.6. |
| Solution |
FortiGate supports Operational Technology (OT) monitoring using the Security Fabric page. Users must have a valid license or entitlement to utilize the feature. Refer to OT asset visibility and network topology
Despite having the feature enabled and Purdue levels modified, users are still unable to view the OT information in the GUI. Using the CLI, the output of 'diagnose user-device-store device memory list' shows the list of detected devices.
The issue has been resolved in FortiOS 7.6.5 and in the upcoming FortiOS versions 7.4.10 and and 8.0.0. |
The Fortinet Security Fabric brings together the concepts of convergence and consolidation to provide comprehensive cybersecurity protection for all users, devices, and applications and across all network edges.
