Technical Tip: Maximum number of entries has been reached when adding new static route in FortiGate 60E

Description	This article describes the issue of adding a new static route entry on FortiGate 60E. Upon checking the configuration, static route entries have reached 100 which is the limitation for this FortiGate for static route entries in version 7.2.8.
Scope	FortiGate.
Solution	Error message when adding new static routes: Since this is a device and firmware version limitation, the solution is to delete the old static route that is not being used, use the policy route for new static route entry, or upgrade to version 7.4.5. FortiGate 60E version 7.4.5 can support up to 250 static routes.   It is also possible to verify the maximum value through the FortiGate CLI: print tablesize Related document: Maximum Values Table
