When a user tries to log in to FortiGate from the FortiGate Cloud portal using the cloud access button, as shown below:
It directly signs in with the generic email and does not ask for the user's login credentials:
This is an expected behaviour in the new FortiGate Cloud Portal v25.1, the credentials are not required for remote access. |
