Solution |
After updating the FortiGate to 7.2.4, the firewall belonging to this specific hardware platform has an issue where the LED status light shows off when a cold reboot is performed. Once the LED status light is turned off, warm rebooting the firewall does not resolve it. Running HQIP test, LED test passes and Status light gets stable. However, after the firewall reboot LED status light turns off again.

To resolve this issue, upgrade the firewall firmware to 7.2.9 or 7.4.1, and if the issue still exists, contact the Technical Support team, to further look at this issue. |
