Technical Tip: Install FortiGate Support Tool Chrome extension without internet access

Description	This article describes that there is a requirement to install the FortiGate Support Tool Chrome extension on a jump server that has no internet connection, it is possible to download the extension on another device with an internet connection and save the extension as a .crx file before transferring it to be installed in the non-internet device. 7zip is required to extract the contents of the downloaded .crx file.
Scope	Google Chrome Browser and 7zip application.
Solution	In the Chrome Web Store, download this extension called ‘Get CRX’. This application is required to download the .crx file: Extensions: Search for the FortiGate Support Tool and then select the ‘Get CRX’ extension to download the .crx file of the FortiGate Support. Tool extension: After downloading the .crx file, extract its content into a folder using 7zip. The contents of the folder should look like this. Transfer: This folder to the non-internet device:      6. On the non-internet device, open Google Chrome web browser and go to chrome://extensions – Enable Developer mode select the ‘Load unpacked’ button, and select the FortiGate Support Tool folder:      7.
