Description |
This article describes how to view the 'Current Usage' and 'Default Maximum' global resources in the FortiGate GUI, such as firewall policies, firewall addresses, firewall address groups, etc. |
Scope | All FortiOS. |
Solution |
Note: This GUI feature is only available when VDOMs are enabled. In the FortiGate GUI (with VDOMs enabled) navigate to System -> Global Resources.
Once on the 'Global Resources' GUI page, there are the following headings: Policy & Objects, User & Device, and VPN. Each of the headings has sub-headings which show exactly how many of each sub-heading are configured on the FortiGate. The value is a total that includes all VDOMs.
It is a quick reference overview of configurable objects so it is possible to see if approaching the maximum value for a particular object.
