Technical Tip: How to troubleshoot Fabric Overlay Orchestrator Grayed out button on FortiGate

Description	This article describes the steps to troubleshoot the Fabric Overlay Orchestrator Greyed out button as shown in the picture below.
Scope	FortiGate.
Solution	Make sure that the security fabric connection with the Root is stable and connected. For Instance, the screenshot below shows that the Fabric connection is not connected and is stuck in the connecting state. Now, there are two reasons for a connecting state: Downstream FortiGate has not been yet authorized by Root FortiGate. There is some problem in a connection between Root FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer or Root FortiGate and FortiGateCloud as it depends on what is being used to store the logs. Once these connections are fixed, the grayed-out button will disappear and Admin will be able to create HUB and Spoke VPN using Orchestrator. Related document: Network topology
