This article describes how to attach logs to the active ticket when working with TAC.

Scope

FortiCare.

Solution

Login to the account at www.support.fortinet.com
Go under Support and select 'Manage Tickets'.

'Double-click' on the ticket to send the file to.

Scroll to the bottom of the ticket,and find the attachment section.

Attach the file to the ticket.

Note:

Make sure to write something in the comment section, otherwise the file cannot be attached.
