Description

This article describes how to attach logs to the active ticket when working with TAC.

Scope FortiCare.
Solution

 

Manage ticket.png

 

  • 'Double-click' on the ticket to send the file to.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the ticket,and find the attachment section.

  • Attach the file to the ticket.

 

Note:

Make sure to write something in the comment section, otherwise the file cannot be attached. 


If the file is too large to be attached, or there are issues attaching the file to the ticket, it is possible to use SFTP instead.

Request the assigned TAC engineer to enable SFTP for the ticket.
