| Solution |
After solving the HA synchronization problems of a FortiGate HA cluster, a 'HA is out of sync' error notification may be seen under: System -> HA in the GUI. This message appears because during the time that the HA cluster was out of synchronization, some information was stored in the browser cache or as cookies.
To prevent the message from appearing again, delete the browser data first and then access the FortiGate. An alternative option is to use another browser or to access the FortiGate through a private window.
To delete the browser data in Google Chrome, navigate to: History -> Clear browsing data -> Choose 'Basic' or 'Advanced' -> Select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' -> Clear data. |
