Technical Tip: How to open the shortcut for URL to open login, logout, or keepalive page if it was accidentally closed

Description

This article describes some scenarios when accidentally closing the login page, keepalive page, or logout page but it is desired to re-open that page again.

Scope

FortiGate v7.2.x.

Solution

Login page.

It is possible to re-open the login page following the links below.

Login page via HTTP: http://x.x.x.x:1000/login?

Login page via HTTPS: https://x.x.x.x:1003/login?

x.x.x.x is the IP address of the FortiGate's interface.

HTTP:

HTTPS:

Keepalive page.

It is possible to re-open the keepalive page by following the links below.

Keepalive page via HTTP: http://x.x.x.x:1000/keepalive?
Keepalive page via HTTPS: https://x.x.x.x:1003/keepalive?

x.x.x.x is the IP address of FortiGate’s interface.

For the keepalive page, make sure to enable auth-keepalive following the setting below.

config system global

set auth-keepalive enable

It is possible to use or re-open the logout page following the link below.
