In some cases, the user is interested in knowing which FortiGate models support a specific transceiver model. Such information is available internally on the PMDB website (https://pmdb.fortinet.com/Hardware/Transceiver/index.php?family=14).
First, go to https://pmdb.fortinet.com -> Hardware -> Transceiver -> Summary. To check the supported FortiGate models for the FS-TRAN-FX transceiver in the Family Field select: FortiGate and in the Search Field select FS-TRAN-FX as follows:
