This article describes how to convert an image to a BASE64 string for replacement messages.

FortiGate.

Solution

Images must be converted into a BASE64 string before they can be used in FortiGate replacement messages. Different public tools such as Base64encode can be used to convert them.

Go to 'Encode files to Base64 format'.
Upload the file to convert.
Select 'Encode'.
