Solution
|
Use the following command to check if there is a valid SMS applied to the FortiGate.
execute fortiguard-message info
If the output of the FortiGate matches the output above, it means that there is no valid SMS license applied to the FortiGate.
Obtain a license through support.fortinet.com or via customer service.
