Solution

Use the below command to check if there is a valid SMS applied to the FortiGate.
# execute fortiguard-message info
If the output of the FortiGate match the output above it means that there is no valid SMS license applied to the FortiGate.
Obtain a license through support.fortinet.com or via customer service. |
