- To check the FortiCloud ID in the FortiGate, use the CLI commands as shown below to check.
diagnose fortitoken-cloud show service
In some situations, it may show the error message as below:v
diagnose fortitoken-cloud show service
FortiToken Cloud service status: no license.
Service can be enabled by license purchase or free trial activation by logging in the FortiToken Cloud Portal.
It does not show FortiCloud ID. It shows a 'no license' message.
To fix:
- Run the following CLI command and check with a User ID:
