This article describes how to access the FortiGate through FortiGate Cloud.

Solution
Login to https://login.forticloud.com/, select the FortiGate under Assets -> Asset list and then select the Cloud access option.
FortiGate Cloud will display the FortiGate interface in the browser window. There is no need to enter the admin credentials to log in to the FortiGate.
The FortiGate Cloud admin may be displayed with a random or different username. This is by design and can be disabled per-user in the FortiGate Cloud portal if required. Refer to the following KB article: Technical Tip: FortiGate Cloud admin displaying a random or different username
Note:
Starting from v7.0.14, v7.2.8, v7.4.2, read-and-write cloud access rights will require a paid FortiGate Cloud subscription. Free subscription only entitles users to read-only access.
