Description
This article explains how to check a certain URL against FortiGuard database, to see what Fortinet FortiGuard rating system has as a rating for a this URL.
Solution
This can be done online using below:
1) http://url.fortinet.net/rate/submit.php
2) Access https://fortiguard.com/ website
Go to: Services -> Web-filtering and enter the concerned URL.
\3) Login to FortiGate GUI
Go to: Security Profiles -> Web Rating Overrides -> Create New -> URL -> Lookup Rating (Don’t click on ‘ok’ button as this will save the configuration).
