| Solution |
By comparing the system storage on both clusters, the following output was observed: Go under FortiGate -> System -> HA. When hovering over the not synchronized, it will show a table for the system.storage:
Master Units are showing SSD1 and SSD2 in the system storage.
Since slave unit does not have SSD2, copying the SSD2 config to slave unit showing partition '<unknow>':
For this, it is recommended to reformat the SSD2. Note the reference ID highlighted below. The slave unit will be rebooted and rejoin the cluster back after the reformatting disk is completed. The unit should be synced afterwards:
