This article explains how to fix an error where no data is received on the Advanced Threat Protection Statistics widget in the FortiGate Dashboard.

Solution
Note: Make sure that FortiSandbox Cloud or FortiSandbox device is configured first.
Go to Security Profiles -> Antivirus.
Enable 'Treat Windows Executables in Email Attachments as Viruses' and select 'Apply'.
This will send files to FortiSandbox for inspection.
Afterwards, refresh the dashboard and check data appears as expected.
