Technical Tip: Generating FortiGate Cloud summary report does not work for multi-vdom FortiGate

Description	This article describes a known issue affecting FortiGate Cloud report generation for a FortiGate with multiple VDOMs.
Scope	FortiGate Cloud v24.4a and later.
Solution	When generating a Summary Report for a FortiGate with multiple VDOMs, the FortiGate Cloud report shows no data. Below is an example of a report with no data generated. Currently, FortiGate Cloud's new portal only supports report generation for FortiGate in single VDOM mode. Support for multiple VDOMs is scheduled for FortiGate Cloud v25.4. Workaround: Until the new portal supports multiple VDOMs, the only workaround is reverting to the FortiGate Cloud legacy portal. It is not possible for an administrator to do this from the portal itself. To revert to the legacy portal: Create a ticket with FortiGate TAC using the FortiGate serial number. Confirm to TAC the FortiGate Cloud Account ID that should be switched to the legacy portal. FortiGate TAC will request the portal change.
