Description This article describes that it is not possible to edit FortiSwitch ports.
Scope FortiGate, FortiSwitch. NAC vs Static Mode [FortiSwitch managed by FortiOS].
Solution

When editing FortiSwitch ports, if it is not possible to change the VLANs associated with the ports, it is important to review the mode where the ports are in.

Upon review of the FortiSwitch ports, if the mode is in NAC mode, it will be prevented from making changes directly on the ports. Apply those changes via NAC policies.
