This article describes the available report on FortiGate Cloud without a subscription.

FortiGate Cloud.
Solution
360 Degree Activities Report is available without a subscription. Subscribe to FortiGate Cloud to have other reports.
See page 16 under Feature Comparison in the FortiGate Cloud administration guide.
Subscribe:
- To subscribe to the 360 Degree Activities Report on the original layout, first go to FortiGate Cloud.
- Select the FortiGate on which to enable the 360 Degree Activities Report and select Analysis.
- Go to Report -> 360 Degree Activities Report.
- For the New Layout, select or hover the mouse over the serial number and select Device View.
- Go to Report -> Schedule.
Select a Schedule to get this report daily, weekly, or monthly, and then enter the email address to receive the report.
To add multiple email addresses enter the mail id separated by a comma (,) on the 'Email To' box.
Unsubscribe:
Follow the first 4 steps:
- Select schedule.
- Uncheck the selected Daily/Weekly/Monthly schedule.
- Uncheck email.
- Submit.
After, it will be unsubscribed from the 360 Degree Activities Report.

If the report is generated and it says 'No Data' in all the fields of the report, refer to this KB article:

If the issue persists, create a TAC ticket to resolve the issue.
