| Solution |
When trying to access the CLI Console from the GUI interface of FortiGate, the error 'Connection lost. Press Enter to start a new Session.' appears.
Use PuTTY to SSH into the FortiGate and run the required commands.
diagnose debug console timestamp enable
Reproduce the issue to collect logs . Use following commands to stop the debug
diagnose debug disable
execute tac report
