Technical Tip: FortiAuthenticator and HA out of sync on FortiToken

Description	This article describes the case when FortiAuthenticator is out-of-syn and getting the error message 'Anomalies on FortiToken'.
Scope	FortiAuthenticator.
Solution	When FortiAuthenticator is out-of-syn and getting the error message 'Anomalies on FortiToken' as shown below:  The reason is that only FortiToken is not being synced: In order to resolve this issue, perform the following: 1) Disassociate any user assigned to trial FortiToken mobile. 2) Remove the 2-trial FortiToken mobile from the primary unit. 3) Reassign the users to the available FortiToken mobile. 4) Reboot the load balance unit. Once perform the above, FortiToken HA is in-sync in FortiAuthenticator. Trial FortiToken cannot be used on HA Load Balancer, therefore it is out-of-sync.
