Solution |
Proceed in factory reset or format the device by following this KB article: Technical Tip: Formatting and loading FortiGate firmware image using TFTP
Once the factory reset or device format is successful proceed in restoring the backup configuration, make sure to remove the FortiToken Cloud configuration under 'config system admin'.
