Description	This article describes that currently explicit proxy does not support the Windows CMD FTP client.
Scope	FortiGate, Explicit Proxy
Solution	- Currently, Explicit proxy doesn't support the Windows CMD FTP client since Windows CMD FTP client only supports active FTP connection. - It might be supported in future releases since it is under discussion and requires an NFR.
